The home of Tim and Linda Hagar at 1300 Navaho is recognized as the April 2012 Yard of the Month.
Tim provided the following: “We want to thank you for selecting our yard as Yard of the Month! We have always taken great pride in our home. Linda is really the one who has the eye for the landscaping. We just purchased this home about six months ago, and we renovated the entire house. We tore all the landscaping out in the front and back yard and just started over. I grew up in Richardson and started school at Northrich Elementary and then went to North and finally graduated from J.J. Pearce. I am sure we are here to stay, and we appreciate you noticing the effort that we have put in, considering all the beautiful homes in the area. Anyway, thank you again, and we love your neighborhood and feel very lucky to have such wonderful friends and family in the community. We are finally back at home!”
