April 2013 Yard of the Month

April Yard of the Month award goes to Jill and Brad Schroeter at 1301 Navaho. Here is an excerpt from the homeowners:
 
We are pleased to receive Yard of the Month for April. We have lived in the Reservation for 9 years. A lot of the remodeling and landscaping was already done when we moved in 2004. Since then, we replaced the windows with energy efficient vinyl windows, painted the exterior of the house and fence in the summer of 2010, and are currently maintaining the beautiful landscaping that we inherited. Our plan is to add more summer color using planting pots around the front of our home. We hope that the happiness that our family has enjoyed living in this neighborhood is reflected in the beauty and color shown in our home’s landscaping.
