Each month, the Reservation Homeowners Association recognizes homes in our neighborhood that have excellent ‘curb appeal’ based on architectural upgrades to the house and/or landscaping.
The home of April and Eric Morgan, at 1332 Chippewa Drive, is recognized as the August, 2013 Yard of the Month. The Morgan’s provided the following:
We are pleased that our recent changes are being noticed. We moved into this neighborhood in 2009, after living in a nearby neighborhood and noticing all the awesome, family activities in the Reservation. The Morgan’s have sons ages 3 and 8. After moving in we immediately improved the fence and added on the front porch. The porch was a great investment; it allows us to watch the kids play in the front yard and visit with neighbors. We installed new windows, siding, and an irrigation system; we painted the home a new color and added a few finishing touches. We love living in this neighborhood and love remodeling. We have a few exterior details left on our list which includes the front door, before we tackle the interior.
